Her background spans strategic planning, public speaking, business development, go-to-market strategy, marketing messaging, project management, service, operations, and sales – including in-person cold calling and presentations. She combines this first-hand experience with training and methodologies to consult, coach, train, and advise leaders – delivering high value with measurable results. What sets Kim apart is her ability to stay grounded, poised, and diplomatic – even when under pressure. She brings this capacity to the table in working with clients to get to the root cause of an issue and looks beyond the logical solutions involved in collaborating, building a team, and bringing people together.
Kim’s formal education includes an MBA with a Marketing emphasis, a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, and the Executive Program in Financial Management at Cornell University. She is a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching and the International Coach Federation. Kim has presented to CXO level audiences at multiple Fortune 500 companies to include Microsoft, Starbucks, T-Mobile, eBay, Royal Caribbean, Warner Brothers, and others.
